# DIYASHA SHIELD MLM PLAN

Joining, Subscription & Income Plan – Terms & Conditions

1. Joining & Subscription

  • The joining amount for the MLM Plan is ₹1,500/-.
  • Upon joining, the member will receive 2 Diyasha Shield App Subscriptions.
  • Each subscription is valued at ₹650/- for 365 days.
  • Total subscription value: ₹1,300/-.
  • The subscriptions are subject to the Company's applicable App Terms & Conditions.

2. Income & Capping

  • Members may earn income as per the applicable MLM Plan structure and eligibility criteria.
  • The maximum capping limit is ₹5,000/- per ID.
  • Once the applicable capping limit is reached, no further income will be payable on that ID unless otherwise provided under the Company's updated plan.
  • Income calculations will be based on the Company's official records and system.

3. Weekly Payout

  • Eligible payouts will be processed on a weekly basis, subject to verification and compliance.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹500/-.
  • Withdrawals below ₹500/- will not be processed.
  • Valid KYC and accurate bank/payment details are mandatory for payout processing.
  • The Company may hold or delay a payout for verification, compliance, technical, or other legitimate reasons.

4. TDS & Administrative Charges

  • 5% TDS will be deducted from every applicable payout, or the statutory rate applicable under prevailing law, as applicable.
  • 5% Administrative Charges will be deducted from every payout.
  • Applicable deductions will be made before the payout is credited.
  • The member will receive the net payout amount after applicable deductions.

5. KYC & Account Verification

  • Members must complete the required KYC process to become eligible for payout.
  • All personal, bank and payment information must be accurate and valid.
  • Incorrect, incomplete, duplicate or mismatched information may result in payout being held or rejected.
  • Creating multiple, fake or duplicate IDs to manipulate the Plan is strictly prohibited.

6. Membership & Account Rules

  • Membership is personal and cannot be transferred without prior approval from the Company.
  • Members must not create multiple IDs or accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional benefits or bypassing the capping limit.
  • Fraudulent activity, manipulation, false information, misleading claims or unauthorized representations may result in suspension or termination of the account.

7. Income Disclaimer

  • Income is not guaranteed.
  • Earnings depend on the member's actual performance, eligible activities, subscriptions, network performance and applicable Plan conditions.
  • Joining the Plan or purchasing a subscription does not guarantee any fixed income, profit or return.
  • Members must not make claims such as "Guaranteed Income," "Fixed Monthly Income," "Guaranteed Profit," or similar promises without written authorization from the Company.

8. Product & Promotional Guidelines

  • Diyasha Shield App Subscription is the product/service associated with this Plan.
  • Members must follow all official marketing and promotional guidelines issued by the Company.
  • Misleading advertisements, false income claims or unauthorized promotional materials are prohibited.

9. Refund, Cancellation & Termination

  • Refunds and cancellations will be governed by the Company's applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in fraud, manipulation, misleading promotion, fake registrations or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Any pending payout after termination will remain subject to verification, applicable policies and legal requirements.

10. Modification of the Plan

  • The Company reserves the right to modify the Plan structure, income calculation, capping, payout schedule, charges, subscription benefits and other Terms & Conditions from time to time.
  • Any changes may be communicated through official Company channels.
  • Members are responsible for reviewing the latest applicable Terms & Conditions.

11. Final Authority

  • The Company's official system records will be considered the final basis for calculating eligibility, income, capping and payouts, subject to applicable law.
  • Any dispute regarding interpretation or implementation of the Plan will be handled according to the Company's applicable policies and prevailing laws.
